any person in the State of Hawai'i who is involved in business, a profession

Project Popoho Na Pe`a (PPNP) was launched in January 2005 through a consortium of Hawaiian Agencies and Organizations to provide quality education and career planning services in a culturally sensitive environment to Hawaiian youth and adults. PPNP is a community-based initiative to bring education and career planning services to youth and adults where they live and to provide communities and service agencies and organizations with quantifiable data for proactive programmatic planning. The long-term impact is to enhance self-advocacy for self-sufficiency and self-determination.
